Awakening The Healing Power Of Your Hands

Here is a short video of an exercise which will help you temporarily increase the sensitivity of your hands.

Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Rub the palms briskly together for a minute.

Now close your eyes. Move the palms, like you are slowly playing an accordion, from a position where they almost touch in front of your chest to where they are about a foot apart while you feel the space between your hands. Now slide the palms up and down. Meditate on this experience and enjoy.! Very cool.

You can also move your palms over your chest sensing the area above the intestines, the liver, the lungs, the heart etc. Does your sensitivity tell you anything?
