My personal feeling is that because of our education which focuses on left brain learning and societal influence we lose some of our natural ability to feel and I’ve talked about this in past.
In this video I describe a process I’ve gone through for the last twenty years during which I was able to enhance my sense of touch by doing two things:
- daily meditation
- a practical use of kinesiology self-testing
The type of meditation I used most is called Vipassana. It is a Buddhist teaching which means literally “insight into the true nature of reality” or “to see things as they really are”.
It is one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation and was apparently taught by Gautama the Buddha more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy. Through mediation the ability to perceive is enhanced. The perpetual motion of the mind is stilled and in this state of rest an awakening happens. All it requires is patience.
